Clinic Location
Our office is located on the same campus as the Legacy Mt. Hood Medical Center . We are in the Medical Office Building 1, located in the east parking lot. Our address is:

Directions
Our office is located on 249th and Stark Street . When entering our parking lot from Stark Street, we are located in the second office building on the left – Medical Office Building 1. If you need further assistance finding us, please call our clinic at (503) 665-1010 or visit www.mapquest.com.
Parking
Patient parking is available in any of the parking lots surrounding our building. There is a turn-around drop off area in front of our building for those using medical transportation.
Public Transportation
Trimet Bus #20-Burnside/Stark travels from the Beaverton, OR to the Gresham Central Transit Center. There is a bus stop located directly in front of our campus on Stark Street . For a detailed map and scheduled times, please visit www.trimet.org.
