Uninsured / Self - Pay Patients
If you are seeking Medical services at our facility and do not have insurance,a mininmum deposit is required for each visit - $75.00 for new patient appointmnets and $ 50.00 for Established Patient appointments. The minimum deposit will most likely not cover all services provided during the visit and if so, you will receive a bill for the remaining balance owed.
Discounted Lab Work
Two hospitals in the area provide lab work to the uninsured at a discounted rate. If you are interested in more information, please contact the clinic at 503-665-1010.
Options for Making Payments
There are several options for making a payment on your account. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. Payments can be made in person at the clinic, by telephone or by mail.
